1. Agreement

These Terms govern pnminimart.com and orders with PN Mini Mart, Parbatipur, Payradanga. By browsing or ordering you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Return policies.

2. Ordering on WhatsApp (no login)

• Add to bag → Order via WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with your list. You may also send photo/voice note to +91 76799 43105.
• Order is confirmed only when we reply with price, availability and ETA. Until then it is a request.
• We may suggest substitutes if out of stock — confirmed before packing.

3. Pricing & availability

• Prices in INR, MRP vs selling price shown. Offers may change without notice; confirmed WhatsApp price is final.
• We may limit quantities for high-demand/offer items and correct pricing errors (cancel with refund if cannot supply).

4. Payments

Cash on Delivery and customer-initiated UPI. We never ask for UPI PIN/OTP/CVV. Verify UPI ID before paying; share screenshot for prepaid — we confirm before dispatch.

5. Delivery

See Shipping Policy. Typically 60–120 mins in core Payradanga, 2–4h nearby, 8 AM–10 PM. Risk passes on acceptance.

6. Governing law

Indian law. Courts at Nadia/Kolkata have jurisdiction, subject to consumer remedies where you reside.
