You provide directly

Order details — products, quantities, delivery address, name, phone, notes/photos/voice on WhatsApp.
Contact info — calls, emails to support@pnminimart.com, forms.

Collected automatically

Device & usage — IP, browser, pages, search terms, cart (browser/session storage).
No account required — cart stays in browser/session.

We do NOT collect UPI PINs, card numbers or OTPs. Payments are COD or customer-initiated UPI; we only see confirmation you share.

3. How we use it

To process, confirm and deliver orders.
To respond on WhatsApp/phone/email and handle returns.
To improve assortment, pricing and search (aggregated, anonymised).
To prevent fraud and keep tax/accounting records as required by Indian law.

We collect only what is needed to deliver your order. We do not sell your data or profile you for ads.

4. Sharing & disclosure

Delivery staff — name, phone, address, order list.
Service providers — hosting, analytics, WhatsApp (bound by confidentiality).
Legal — if required by law or court order.
